How to get here

By plane: If your plane lands in Naples Capodichino Airport, in order to get to the Amalfi Coast, you will need to travel first to the town of Sorrento.
The easiest option to get there is by Curreri coach: these bus can be boarded directly outside Terminal 1. Tickets cost circa 10.00 Euro and can be purchased direct from the driver and distance is about 1 hour.
Once you arrive in Sorrento train station, you will need to take the Sita Coach to Positano buy your tickets inside the station and make sure to stamp it in the machine once on the bus. There are many buses during the day and you will get in Positano in 40 minutes, bus stop is the main firts in Town and is called Chiesa Nuova.

By train: If your train arrive in Napoli Centrale station once there, follow the signs for the Circumvesuviana, the local railway line located under the main station that will take you to Sorrento. This train is running every 30 minutes and will take about 1 hour to get there. Once you arrive in Sorrento train station, you will always need to take the Sita Coach to Positano.

By car: Getting to the Amalfi Coast by car is much easier than you think.
From the north you need to follow the A1 to Naples and continue on the A3 to Salerno-Reggio Calabria, once on the A3 remember to exit in Castellammare di Stabia and follow the sign to Sorrento-Positano.
From the south you will drive on the A3 to Salerno and exit at the signal for the Amalfi Coast then drive towards Vietri sul Mare, Cetara, Maiori, Amalfi and Positano.
